If you suffer from oily hair, then simply add a small handful of Epsom salt to your regular shampoo. Wash your hair normally and you should notice the difference. You can even mix equal parts of Epsom salt to equal parts of your hair conditioner. Your hair should shine after this which will only magnify your appearance.

Pedicure at home

After a tiring day, an at-home pedicure is just what you need. You can soften calluses and remove dead skin with the help of Epsom salt. All you need to do is mix ½ cup of this salt into a tub filled with warm water and soak for about 15 minutes. Not only will this soak rejuvenate you, it will also soften hard skin and calluses. To completely remove the dead skin, you can take about a handful of Epsom salt in damp hands and scrub your foot. In case you do it yourself, you get a manicure as a side benefit. However, do not forget to moisturize afterwards.
