Reduce Alcohol Intake


If you’re a heavy drinker, it’s time to stop.  Drinking only three beers in a night can give you about 450 calories you really don’t need. That’s about the same amount of calories most people have for lunch! The same goes for most other alcoholic beverages, including whiskey, bourbon, and vodka.

Cutting down on drinking can also reduce your risk of cancer. Heavy drinking has been associated with an increased risk of colon, breast, kidney, lung and liver cancer, and the risk only gets higher the longer you’ve been drinking regularly.
