Vertical Leg Crunch

Lie flat on the floor with your lower back pressed to the ground and put your hands behind your head. Extend your legs straight up in the air and cross your ankles. Contract your ab muscles by lifting your torso towards your knees. Keep your chin off of your chest. Exhale as you push upwards and inhale on the way down. For best results do three sets of about 10-15 leg crunches.
