Persistent Digestion Problems
Digestion problems are some of the most common signs that may indicate that all is not well with your body (unless, of course, if you have been diagnosed with a gastrointestinal disease.) Be on lookout for the following signals, especially if they are accompanied by digestion issues:
- Low energy after eating and wanting to take a nap
- Skin problems
- Indigestion and heartburn
- Arthritic pain
- Foggy brain or lack of clarity
- Bloating after meals or gas
- Less than one well-formed bowel movement daily or more than three a day
An Apple Shaped Body
People who are overweight have a tendency to fall in two categories. They are either pear-shaped and carry most of the excess weight on their thighs and hips, or they are apple shaped with the extra body weight around their belly or waist. While being overweight itself is an indicator of poor health, having an apple shape means that a person is at higher risk of heart-related ailments.
