Those who exercise tend to have overall fewer toxins in their systems than those who do not.  Not only will you have fewer toxins, but you will have more energy and be happier overall.

Not many would say that the favorite food is kale. However, eating your greens is an amazing way to fight toxins and keep your body healthy all year long. Broccoli, for example, is known for reducing chronic inflammation which minimizes the risk of diabetes and heart disease. Make sure you are eating tons of sulfur-rich greens such as broccoli, kale, and collard greens which are high in toxin-fighting antioxidants. Watching what you put into your body is the best way to prevents toxins from depilating your health in the first place.

Exfoliating your skin is a great way to brush off old cells and debris, unclog your pores, and allow your skin to perspire freely. In addition to this, exfoliation will stimulate circulation beneath your skin which allows the cell to renew faster. Dry brushing is a great way to exfoliate and cleanse the skin of toxins. A few days a week, use a body brush before you shower and dry brush every area of your body. If you don’t have a body brush, use a soft sugar or salt scrub in the shower for the same effect.
