Herbal teas are full of antioxidants which can hydrate you and help you stay full. Herbs are the most powerful plants on the planet when it comes to balancing our health. For example, dandelion tea can help boost liver function and decrease the build-up of toxins in these tissues. Research has shown that milk thistle and dandelion herbs help protect against cell damage and stimulate enzymes that make toxins less harmful. Drink one or two cups of herbal tea throughout the day to eliminate and flush out toxins.

Taking a nice soothing bath at the end of a long day can not only clear your mind, but also help restore your body. Epsom salts contain magnesium that is directly absorbed through the skin during a bath. This mineral is specifically designed to promote movement in the colon and eliminate backed up waste. Add about two cups of Epsom salts along with some soothing essential oils (lavender or eucalyptus oils are known for their calming effect) and soak for at least 20 minutes to absorb all the nutrients and minerals.

If you want a gentler alternative to sweating through cardio, go to a sauna or a steam room after a work out to sweat out all of the toxins in your skin. Sweating eliminates toxins through the skin because it opens up your pores, allowing dirt and debris to be washed out.
