All in all, it’s better to practice moderation, both with eating unhealthy food and drinking alcohol. While the foods on this list are nutritionally sound, constant overeating or binge drinking can lead to trouble. Additionally, these foods will not cure a hangover, but they will help your body recover the nutrients and hydration needed for optimal functioning. In general, however, it’s best to maintain a healthy, balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, and adequate levels of protein, dairy, and grain products.
