Medicare Plan F: Has Been Removed or Isn’t Available in the Same Fashion
3 of 6
Medicare Parts A and B currently have no deductibles which are the amount of money that you pay out of pocket before your benefits start to pay.
With the Medigap plans, a Part of A’s hospital deductible is still covered but, as of 2020, the plans no longer cover Medicare Part B deductibles for new enrollees. Presently, the deductible is $198. Plan F does cover that deductible but now it is going to be phased out for new enrollees.
