Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day. Sometimes when we’re in a rush and don’t exactly have the time to sit down and eat; its best to create a quick and healthy smoothie.

Ingredients


  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions


  1. Mix all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until it is fully mixed.
  3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
