Chicken quesadillas are a Mexican staple. They are quick to make (30 mins) and are great for both parties and leftovers. Chicken quesadillas can be a healthy treat if you take away the sour cream and lessen the amount of cheese you put in there. Chicken is our preferred white meat because it is the healthiest and goes best. Try it out! Enjoy!

  • 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
