Corn on the cobb

Great tasting corn in just a few minutes perfect for a busy lifestyle.

Ingredients


  • 1 ear of fresh corn in husk
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions


  1. Heat corn in the microwave for about 3 1/2 minutes until cooked and tender.
  2. Hold the head of the corn with a towel on cutting board. Cut 1″ off the stock of the corn, and then squeeze the corn out of the husk.
  3. Spread butter on corn and season with salt and pepper.
