Today, we’ve got an awesome easy chicken recipe called, “Gina’s Lemon Pepper Chicken.” It’s healthy, skinless, requires very little prep time and ingredients making this the ideal lunch or dinner either for the ones in a rush or even students on a budget. Try it out!
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Season with lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Turn over chicken pieces and add more seasoning to taste. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
