Trail Mix  is a super healthy snack to have.  Especially between lunch and dinner.  This snack is sure to keep you healthy and full at all times.


  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup goji berries
  • .5 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • .5 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • .5 cup raw walnut halves


  1. Place almonds goji berries, seeds, walnuts into a medium bowl.  Toss them together.
  2. Enjoy!
