Mayo is a pretty unhealthy spread to put on your sandwich.  We have discovered a new way to enjoy your healthy yet tasty chicken salad sandwich.  No one would even notice the difference!


  • 2 cups leftover rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 1/2 cup grapes, havled
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sliced bread
  • lettuce leaves


  1. In a large bowl, combine your main ingredients besides the bread. Season to your liking
  2. Serve on sliced bread
  3. Enjoy!
