Mayo is a pretty unhealthy spread to put on your sandwich. We have discovered a new way to enjoy your healthy yet tasty chicken salad sandwich. No one would even notice the difference!
Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/2 cup grapes, havled
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- sliced bread
- lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine your main ingredients besides the bread. Season to your liking
- Serve on sliced bread
- Enjoy!
