Green Fruit Salad

In order to stay healthy, it’s pretty important to get a good mixture of greens daily. Whether it be fruits or veggies. This recipe is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and salt that will certainly appeal to both your taste buds and health.


  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest + 3 tbsp fresh juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • .25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups honeydew melon cubes
  • 2 medium granny smith apples
  • 2 barlett pears
  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 2 large kiwi’s diced


  1. Whisk together honey, oil, lime zest, lime juice, mustard and salt.
  2. Combine all fruits and drizzle with dressing.
