Green Tea Smoothie

It’s been well documented that green tea can lead to weight loss. In one study its been known that drinking four cups of tea a day can help people shed more than six pounds in eight weeks. Try this amazing Green Tea Smoothie recipe!

Ingredients


  • 3/4 cup strong green tea, chilled.
  • Juice of 1 lemon. Approx 2-3 tbspoon.
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar.
  • 1 small agave nectar
  • 1 small pear, skin on, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free plain yogurt.
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Instructions


  1. Put all the ingredients into your favorite blender. Blend until it is silky smooth. Drink while cold.
