Hawaiian Tuna Poke

Hawaiian tuna poke is the traditional chopped sea food salad of Hawaii. Our version is made with fresh yellow fin tuna, juicy mangoes and creamy avocados. Hawaiian tuna poke is the perfect dish for sea food and sushi lovers! If you are hosting a party or joining a potluck, this recipe will sure impress the guests.


  •  1.5 pounds Yellowfin Ahi Tuna – chopped into cubes
  •  2 avocados
  •  1 mango
  •  1 /2 cup chopped green onions
  •  1/2 cup soy sauce
  •  2 tbsp sesame oil
  •  1 tbsp chili sauce
  •  1/2 tsp minced garlic
  •  1/2 tsp salt
  •  1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  •  1 tbsp black  sesame seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Toss gently.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Simply serve and enjoy!
