  • 2 cups of red grapefruit that has been peeled from its skin.
  • 1 cup sliced banana
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon of honey


  1. Combine all the ingredients into a medium bowl. Toss slightly.
  2. For best taste, put in fridge for a few hours.
