Salmon is generally one of the healthiest meats to consume. It provides a rich taste and at the same time provide chefs a tasty buttery option.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 table fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
- 2 lbs salmon
- garnish with sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
- Paint the salmon with the sauce you just made
- Cook for 15-20 mins
- Enjoy!
