Salmon is generally one of the healthiest meats to consume. It provides a rich taste and at the same time provide chefs a tasty buttery option.


  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 table fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 lbs salmon
  • garnish with sesame seeds


  1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Paint the salmon with the sauce you just made
  4. Cook for 15-20 mins
  5. Enjoy!
