We’ve got a great turkey sandwich recipe called, “Lorraine’s Club Sandwich.” It’s super easy, quick, and tasty. It takes just 10 minutes, serves 1, and is only 800 calories. Use mustard instead of mayo if you are looking for a way to give your sandwich a little bit of a taste. Try it out!
- 2 slices of bacon
- 3 slices bread, toasted
- 3 tablespoons of mayo
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 2 (1 ounce) slices of deli turkey breast
- 2 slices of tomato
- Place bacon in a heavy skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Spread each slice of bread with mayonnaise. On one slice of toast, place the turkey and lettuce. Cover with a slice of toast, then the bacon and tomato. Top with last slice of toast.
