Turkey wraps are a healthy lunch meal to have. They are usually under 500 calories and keep a stomach satisfied throughout the day. We have found one that includes a taste of hummus that you will surely enjoy! The best part about this meal is that it can be quickly assembled in less than 5 minutes.
- 1 flour tortilla
- 2-3 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic or Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- 2-3 slices low-sodium roasted deli turkey
- sliced cucumbers
- sliced tomatoes
- sliced red onions
- 2-3 Tablespoons chopped pitted kalamata olives
- Spread hummus over tortilla then layer on turkey, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and kalamata olives. Roll from one end to another then slice in half.
