Turkey wraps are a healthy lunch meal to have. They are usually under 500 calories and keep a stomach satisfied throughout the day. We have found one that includes a taste of hummus that you will surely enjoy! The best part about this meal is that it can be quickly assembled in less than 5 minutes.


  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic or Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 2-3 slices low-sodium roasted deli turkey
  • sliced cucumbers
  • sliced tomatoes
  • sliced red onions
  • 2-3 Tablespoons chopped pitted kalamata olives


  1. Spread hummus over tortilla then layer on turkey, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and kalamata olives. Roll from one end to another then slice in half.
