- 3 large peaches or nectarines, cubed
- 1 large apple, quartered
- 1 lime
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- Juice the peaches, apple, and lime with a juice extractor. Transfer the juice to a blender with the mint leaves. Blend quickly to combine the juice and mint thoroughly.
