Cooked peeled shrimp is perfect for a fast and healthy meal. It is a great alternative for lunch. We have found a great recipe that you can easily and quickly whip up the night before for a great lunch the next day.


  • 3 Cups Chopped Hearts of Romaine
  • 5 Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Cucumber
  • 1 Hardboiled Egg sliced
  • 5 cooked peeled shrimp
  • Pepper
  • Your favorite dressing


  1. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, egg, and shrimp in a bowl.
  2. Season with pepper.
  3. Add in your favorite dressing.
  4. Mix carefully
  5. Enjoy!
