Today we bring to you guys a new series called Snack Hacks. The first one we will begin with is a yummy yogurt parfait. Yogurt is an excellent source of “good bacteria” that helps you replenish your digestive system. It’s often found in a pill form commonly found in places like CVS or Costco. Blackberries are an excellent source of Vitamin C. Try this awesome recipe out and let us know what you think!

Ingredients


  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 8 blackberries

Instructions


  1. In a large glass, layer 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup granola and 4 blackberries.
  2. Repeat layers.
  3. Refrigerate to preserve freshness.
  4. Enjoy!
