It’s still possible to consume low amounts of bacon and at the same time lose weight. Eating the correct type of bacon is crucial and in this recipe we focus on turkey bacon.
- 1 egg plus 2 egg whites
- 1 tomato sliced
- 2 slices of turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup spinach
- cooking spray
- 1 slice whole grain toast
- Whisk together the eggs, bacon, and spinach.
- Coat skillet with cooking spray, cook egg, and serve with toast. Add sliced tomatoes up top.
