strawberry smoothie

If you’re in a rush in the mornings like I am; its always good to have a quick recipe to consume for the most important meal of the day. Today, we share with you a recipe we found called Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie. It’s healthy, tasty, quick to make, and ready to go in minutes. Try it out and let us know what you think.

Ingredients


  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 14 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar

Instructions


  1. In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries.
  2. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
  4. Enjoy!
