- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 teaspoon natural maple syrup
- 2 whole grain waffles
- 1 sliced strawberry
- Microwave the blueberries and the syrup together for 2-3 minutes.
- Toast the waffles and top with blueberry, strawberry and maple syrup.
