  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 teaspoon natural maple syrup
  • 2 whole grain waffles
  • 1 sliced strawberry


  1. Microwave the blueberries and the syrup together for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Toast the waffles and top with blueberry, strawberry and maple syrup.
  3. Enjoy!
